This Privacy Policy explains how BeSecure EG ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the We Connect You - Partners mobile application (the "App"). The App is intended for service providers ("Partners") such as lawyers, accountants, and translators who receive and manage client requests on the We Connect You platform.

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form on our servers).
• Profile & verification data: professional details, profile photo, and documents or images you upload for registration and identity/qualification verification.
• Service data: client requests you view or respond to, offers you submit, appointments, and earnings/payout records.
• Device & notification data: a push-notification device token used to deliver notifications.
• Technical data: authentication tokens stored securely on your device to keep you signed in.

• To create and manage your Partner account and verify your registration.
• To match you with relevant client requests and enable offers, appointments, and consultations.
• To process and display your earnings and payout information.
• To send you service-related notifications.
• To provide customer support and improve the App.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• With clients: relevant profile and offer details so clients can evaluate and engage you.
• With service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our backend on our behalf.
• For legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using encryption in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive credentials are stored using the device's secure storage. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data directly from within the App (Profile → Account Settings), or by contacting us at the email below. • Camera & Photo Library: to capture or select photos and documents you choose to upload.
• Notifications: to send you updates about requests and appointments.
• Internet access: to communicate with our servers.

The App is intended for professional users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
